Large Room Assembly $75 per hour $125 per hour
Large Room Banquet (w/ kitchen) $100 per hour $150 per hour
Large Room w/ Alcoholic Beverages

Audio/ Video Equipment $25 per event $40 per event
After Hour Staffing Rates
All approved rentals during times other than normal hours of operation, operation of audio/visual equipment, and/or rentals using alcoholic beverages will be charged $20 per hour per staff person in addition to the rental fees.
Set Up and Break Down Fees
Setup and beak down of event by Town staff is subject to a charge of $60.
